Yesterday, Eileen M. Sethna represented LP as a moderator to a panelist at the GCC Midwest Conference, presenting on “Recharging for Success: Protecting Your Mental Health and Thriving in High-Pressure Roles.”
The session focused on the real-world pressures faced by in-house counsel and other professionals in demanding roles, offering practical insights on protecting mental health, preventing burnout, and building sustainable habits that support long-term success. The discussion emphasized that performance and well-being go hand in hand, especially in today’s fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
Notably, Eileen was able to include a client on the panel, adding valuable, on-the-ground perspective to the conversation. Bringing together inside counsel and client voices underscored the importance of collaboration, empathy, and shared responsibility in addressing mental health challenges across organizations.
We’re proud of Eileen for leading an important, timely conversation and continuing to elevate LP’s thought leadership on issues that matter to our clients and the profession.
