Yesterday morning, LP hosted a panel discussing the topic “Finding Opportunity in Uncertainty: A Cross-Disciplinary Look at Distressed-Asset Transactions”.

This event allowed for LP’s Trusts & Estates, Corporate, and Real Estate groups to come together to explore the unique opportunities presented by distressed transactions across multiple disciplines. The panelists shared key economic drivers of distress, strategies for navigating distressed M&A, acquisitions in bankruptcy, real estate transactions, and Article 9 sales.

The speakers featured two of our clients, Darryl Awick and Bryn Perna, as well as Grant Hendricks, Harold Israel, Kevin Slaughter (moderator), and Tom Jaros. The event began with breakfast and was a great opportunity for networking.
