Angie attended an off-site meeting and was struck by an entire wall of windows identified as “The Listening Wall” where people were encouraged to share their feedback and responses via sticky notes on various issues affecting their community. The visual is quite powerful. Imagine the impact if leaders at every level in every organization would spend more time listening and less time talking.
