Angie, Patti, Linsey and Carrie had the honor of attending Las Mujeres de Cristo Rey (the women of Cristo Rey for all you French speakers), a fundraiser for art programs at the school. ​

As you may or may not know, each student at Cristo Rey is required to participate in the Work-Study Program to cover part of the cost of their tuition, just like our seven students here at LP. Cristo Rey looks to events such as Las Mujeres to fund the school’s arts programs, including the choir that performed at the event. A record-breaking $42,000 was raised to support the arts at Cristo Rey.
